Well here it is... I made the seminole border and applied it and hated it! So I finished it with the white print borders. Now I have a looooooooong border to use somewhere else. Here is a (poor) picture of it. Next it will go to our long arm quilter to quilt it and then to our hand sewn binding peeps and then it will be ready to present to a veteran.
Making a scrappy or strippy quilt of Valor for our group. I have the long strips fnished, now I am deciding what borders I want to add. I think it will be some Seminole Piecework. I sewed the strips onto muslin first to stabilize them.

Its called Outback Wife and as you can see its just simplicity itself, but sooooooooo appealing!!
I also like this painted fabric (?) its very lively, looks like the ocean. Don't know who did it.
